MESSAGE FROM THE
CHAIR OF THE BOARD
As a proud parent of three Hebrew Foundation School graduates and two current students, I have seen firsthand how HFS delivers on its mission of Inspiring Future Leaders rooted in Jewish Values. For over half a century, HFS has been a pillar of the West Island Jewish community, shaping its students and strengthening their families.
As Chair of the Board of Trustees, I have the privilege of serving alongside an exceptional team as we support this mission and help shape the bright future of our school. Through my own involvement, and my wife Caroline’s work on the Board for many years before that, getting involved has been a meaningful way for us to give back to the school that has given so much to our family and to so many others.
With the launch of our new strategic plan, our Board is working diligently alongside the school’s leadership team to ensure the long-term sustainability of HFS and to enhance every aspect of the school — its facilities, its programs, and the impact it has on our students and their families. We are committed to building on our strong foundation so that Hebrew Foundation School continues to thrive.
